九、投標保證金Bid bond: 5000.00元

十、Payment Method：Settlement according to the actual quantity, within 30 days after the acceptance is passed, the supplier will pay the goods in one lump sum after the invoice is issued

十一、Bid-winning notice and contract signing: the bidder receives the bid-winning notice and signs a contract with the tendering party within the time specified in the bid-winning notice

十二、Anti-corruption clause

   1、The personnel of the tendering party shall not seek improper benefits during the bidding process, and the tendering party shall have the right to report

   2、If there is evidence to prove or believe that the bidder and its staff seek benefits from the bidder through bribery and other acts, the bidder has the right to demand compensation from the bidder for 10,000 to 20,000 yuan

   3、If the personnel of the bid inviting party receives a bribe of more than 200 yuan from the bidder, the bid inviting party has the right to cancel its bid (winning bid) qualification. (For anti-corruption reports, 0373-5068988)

 十三、Other conventions

    1、The bidder shall pay the required bid bond to the bid inviting party before bidding. Those who do not pay the bid bond shall not be eligible to participate in the bidding. The bid bond of the bid winner shall be returned to the bid winner without interest within 5 days after the bid winner is notified

    2、The bid-winning party shall sign the bid-winning economic contract with the bid inviting party within the time specified in the bid-winning notice: otherwise, it shall be treated as abandoning the bid and all the deposit shall be confiscated.

    3、The bid bond of the winning bidder is directly converted into contract performance bond

    4、Those who counterfeit the name, trademark or brand of another person’s unit are not allowed to bid, and they will be treated as abolished standard after discovery, and the cooperation will be permanently terminated
